Jumbo paper clips

After seeing these things on Splitcoast Stampers I decided I had to make some. It took a bit of looking to get the clips, they are 100mm long. I had to get them ordered in. I think some of my hostesses will enjoy getting these as they make great book marks. Be good for party favours, teachers gifts etc. Can't wait to make some more. I saw on my fellow SU demo's blog Kelly S had done some too this week - I would be honoured if the saying 'great minds think alike' is true as she's an amazing artist! Check out her ones on her KellysStamps site - theres a link on my blog list.

These are Baja Breeze and Tangerine Tango with a bit of Basic Black and Whisper White thrown in. The stamp set is a cute little on called Wow Flowers (page 140 in our Ideas Book and Catalogue)

Another 6X6 scrapbooking page

Decided as I LOVE black and white papers I needed stamp my own for this lay out.

I used Basic Black A4 and Whisper White, Baroque Motifs, Best Yet & Big Bold Birthday stamp sets, Baroque Border Stampin' Wheel, and punches Scallop Edge, Scallop Square, 5 Petal Flower and Boho. Plus a little bit of bling (Dazzling Diamonds) and finally a bit of Basic Black ribbon. I used some Dimentionals and my favourite tool - the Mat pack.

Altered tin

I needed a container to store my Designer Series Paper samples so I found this cool little lunch box tin and covered it with papers from Stampin' Up!s Sweet Always and the Always stamp set. I used Build a Brads, punches, ribbons and rub ons that are all from Stampin' Up!. I'm really pleased with the was it came out in the end.

Whats coming up next week??

Well tomorrow we are decorating candles - but I have two options for the girls to decide on next week.

the first option is sponging, check out these cards made by sponging on velum (or is it spelt vellum?) LOL

the second is a cool little card set which works really well with the Stampin' Up! Designer Series Paper!
It has two pockets - here I have put envelopes on the back one and four simple cards on the front. I have used the Sweet Always DSP here.
