I made this card on Tuesday as my Crafters Anonymous Facebook Pintrest Tuesday project. The card fold was the one we did on Monday Nights On-line class with guest tutor Paula Reid. I saw a santa on Pintrest but it was made out of the Stampin' Up! Top Note die but I thought it would be too big with this card so I used the framlits die. I used the Build a Blossom punch for the mustache and some circle punches for the nose and the pompom on the hat.
Cute card. I love the texture the dry embossing gives to the card.
ReplyDeleteI love Santa and your card is really pretty. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteLove the card. Do you have the dimensions of the DSP you used? I'm assuming it is 12 inches wide but how tall>
ReplyDeletethe DSP is 12" x 6" for this one, score at 2", 4", 8" & 10" and take a wedge out about 2 3/4" from the top corners to 4" along the top edge from the corner (ie where you 4" & 8" scored lines start).
ReplyDeleteThe backing is just a bit bigger.
thanks for all your lovely comments. :)
What a great card! Love it! Some little one is going to be delighted to receive this.
