Tap Tap Tap - Father's Gift

A friend and fellow Stampin' Up! demo Heather showed me her Piccolo wine bottle box (it's a tiny bottle) and I loved it - so I googled and found a basic tutorial - luckily it was basic as it was in German! lol and I made it (will show it tomorrow) but I wanted one that fitted a beer bottle (or cider or even a pop bottle) and the piccolo one was just a tad too short. So regiged the measurements and made it to fit :) 

I had fun using the Tap Tap Tap stamp set to add the embellishments. 

Father's Day is on first Sunday in September down here in New Zealand so we'll be sharing more masculine projects over the next few weeks.

I'm still loving colouring with the Stampin' Up! Blendabilities - nothing nicer than sitting down colouring away - I loved doing as a kid and some of us just don't grow out of it! hee  hee 

Firstly sorry for the not so flash photo I had already put it in a cello bag before realising I hadn't taken a photo of it! - whoops! lol

BUT - back to the card. I coloured just small amounts at a time - say 2" worth before blending in the other colours. I just loved how the colours just pounced off the page - it's a lot brighter in real life than in this photo. I cut the letters in both Basic Black and Pacific Point to also make them pop - and of cause the addition of the camera completes the card.

Christmas Advent Calender Boxes

Oh my - I didn't realise it's been so long since my last posting - so sorry! I have changed computers and FINALLY think I'm on top of it! lol I have been doing a bit of crafting too  - well as a Stampin' Up! demo we get to play with NEW products before they are released. One of these products are these cute little 2" square boxes!! We have lots of new paper - here I've used two different ones and the cool as stamp set that has all the numbers.

Live The Life You've Imagined

Here is another card in a box sample. I used the Flashback DSP, Around The World and Snapshot stamp sets. I coloured the stamped images in with the Blendabilities markers to give it some depth. I'm doing a Blendie class on Saturday 16th August at 2pm if you're in Auckland email me if you'd like to attend - $15 if you already have some blendies to use or $35 which includes a packed of Blendabilities - BUT I need to know by THIS Sunday so I can ensure your pens are here for you :)

Yum Yum Box

I made these little boxes using one of Stampin' Up!'s MDS - My Digital Studio files. These are electronic files that you use on your computer and you can manipulate them to create what you want! This box features in our new catalogue on page 10. MDS is an addition fun product that works with our 'normal' products - or you can use it as a design studio to create the whole item in card, or you can print some images of and create a hybrid project OR like I did, you can use an e-cutter (electronic cutter) to cut exclusive MDS project. I personally use the Cricut Explore but there is a HUGE range of options available.
