Happy Birthday Son!

Today is my son's 19th birthday - where did that time go???? lol He is a big online car racing fan and has a big set up including three screens for surround view of the track (plus other screens doing other stuff! toooooo many to count!) so I thought I would replicate it a bit. The screens are brushed silver cardstock with marker pens over the top for a subtle look.

DIY Handyman Card

Today is one of my brothers birthday - I have 3 birthdays this week and another one in two weeks! eek! BUT it does mean I have lots of cards to share. This card is for my brother who like doing things with wood. He's currently decorating his house but he's usually working with old unloved pieces of furniture and turns them into lovely pieces like the picture below. 

I made all the tools using punches and free cutting - I Google imaged tools to work some out and followed other peoples tools punch art.

Happy Easter - hope you are all enjoying your long weekend :) 

This wee chap was a fun extra project we did at class this week. So in keeping with it I remembered I had some yellow paper bags in my craft stash so I made the bellow big fella to fill with Easter goodies for my mum. The bag stands at about 25cm tall.

"BELLO" - Minion Birthday

Isn't Dave a cutie! lol I got asked to make a Minion punch art card so here he is! The card itself if VERY simple but this will be one of two projects for a class so since punch art can be a bit fiddly I thought lets just concentrate on the Minion himself. It's all current bar his shoes but you could hand cut some in need - but for these ones I've used the triple heart punch. Simple but so cute! You could make which ever Minion you would like - oh and BTW "Bello" is Minion for "Hello" hee hee
