The other day was my girlfriends birthday and I had secretly made this quilt for her. She LOVES coffee - she was a latte drinker but I brought her back to the cappuccino side! Funny now that she's drinking cappuccino's I've moved to mocha's! lol ANYWAY I digress.... This was the first time I had done quilting - the over sewing to give it some texture. I REALLY enjoyed it. It was good as the quilt is only a 'knee' quilt so I could do it on my machine easily.
My girlfriend really loved it so I'm so pleased - it was worth it! lol
Did I ever mention how much I LOVE coffee too?
ReplyDeleteTwo of my loves together...coffee and quilting. A real winner!
