Project Life Scrap Page

Stampin' Up! have joined forces with Becky Higgins' Project Life - a pocket style scrapbooking system. You can get 'kits' that have precut shapes etc that fit into the different pockets but I did this one using just normal Stampin' Up! products - mainly in Real Red and Pacific Point and the Say Cheese stamp set - which I LOVE! BTW this is my son - Aaron who's 19 :)

A Fashionable Duo!

Blendabilities again were used to colouring in this pair of cuties - I am STILL in love with them. I'm sorry about the glare on the photo - I had wrapped them up for a class before I'd photo graphed it! I wrap mine in cellophane so they don't get damaged in classes - I've had too many 'fall' into open ink pads not to do this! lol

Flower Power!

I made this drink tumbler using MDS - My Digital Studio. It's a Stampin' Up! product that you use your computer to design using Stampin' Up!s designs. The flower is from Mixed Bunch and the words are part of the "Cool Like That" suite which is on page 10 in our annual catalogue. I use my e-cutter to cut the vinyl and was able to change the size of the flowers on the either MDS or my e-cutters software.
I love that we can have another way of creating with our wonderful designs.

JOY - yip it's about to be Christmas season!!!!'

YES this coming week sees the start of our Stampin' Up! Christmas season as our Seasonal catalogue starts on 28th August. This project showcases four new products - the new Christmas DSP stack, new ribbon, new stamps and new matching dies!! This box holds the small 'piccolo' size wine bottle - a perfect gift for one! I got the measurements from HEREhttp://lovelymade.me/2014/07/31/piccolo-verpackung-mit-dem-epb-mit-anleitung/ and yes they are in German but not hard to work out :)
If you'd like to learn to make these I will be teaching it at my up coming classes so email me at julia.leece@blogspot.co.nz for days/times etc.

Happy Stampin'

Tap Tap Tap - Father's Gift

A friend and fellow Stampin' Up! demo Heather showed me her Piccolo wine bottle box (it's a tiny bottle) and I loved it - so I googled and found a basic tutorial - luckily it was basic as it was in German! lol and I made it (will show it tomorrow) but I wanted one that fitted a beer bottle (or cider or even a pop bottle) and the piccolo one was just a tad too short. So regiged the measurements and made it to fit :)
I had fun using the Tap Tap Tap stamp set to add the embellishments.
Father's Day is on first Sunday in September down here in New Zealand so we'll be sharing more masculine projects over the next few weeks.
